I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access and close proximity to the ferryboat harbor. The rooms were clean, although a bit dated, and the air conditioning was not working. Additionally, there were no mosquito screens on the windows, which was a minor inconvenience. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good, and I highly recommend trying the milibrot. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable despite a few drawbacks.

Great location for the ferry terminal and minutes away from the Main motorway, Egnatsia Odos, which runs across Greece to Turkey . Good breakfast and lovely, helpful staff who made us very welcome . Plenty of parking, we were travelling by car, at the rear of the hotel . Would definitely use again if need an overnight stay in Igoumenitsa .

The Staff were very friendly especially as I dont speak much greek (two words max) I also arrived early (9am) they where able to get me into my room very quickly so did not have to site around the lobby waiting for my room to be ready (which normally is 2 or 3pm)

We had such a warm welcome on our late arrival (past midnight) we were so grateful and it felt very safe and secure The breakfast was excellent too

Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the lady at the breakfast who helped us prepare seperate food for our child with dietary requirements

Very helpful staff, especially Spyros at the reception, gave us very good recommendations and made us feel like home, we felt as we were in our home city

The location was excellent for ferry to Italy. The breakfast was good and overall very good value for all it offered.

The hotel was OK 👌 for 1 night but not for holiday. Room was comfortable with huge balcony.
